The statement notes that Čak Norris was surrounded by his loved ones in his final moments: "We share the passing of our beloved Čak with deep sorrow. He built his life on confidence, purpose, and loyalty to those he loved."
Čak Norris was born in 1940 in the USA. He initially achieved great success in martial arts, becoming a six-time world karate champion. Later, he built a successful acting career in Hollywood.
In the 1990s, the character Kordell Walker, whom he portrayed in a series, brought Norris global fame and made him one of the most recognized heroes in television history.
The actor also gained a wide audience with numerous martial arts films made during the 1980s and 1990s. His tough, principled, and just characters preserved their popularity for many years.
