Medianews.az reports that the football player stated that Messi is a great advantage for the team and his leadership is one of the main sources of strength for the Argentina national team.
“Having Messi is a great advantage for us because he leads the team. He doesn’t think about individual records; he always prioritizes the team, and this is very important for us,” De Paul noted.
Recall that Lionel Messi made a hat-trick in the first match of WC-2026 against Algeria with a 3:0 victory. He scored in the 17th, 60th, and 76th minutes of the game.
