Medianews.az reports that Spanish doctor Manuel Viso spoke about this.
According to him, after a tattoo is applied, the immune system expels the ink from the body, and if this process continues for a long time, chronic inflammation may develop.
The specialist stated that some preliminary studies have found a possible link between tattoos and melanoma and lymphoma. However, he emphasized that these studies are still in the early stages and more research is needed to draw definitive conclusions.
