Enzo Fernandes, one of the main players at "Chelsea," has decided to leave the club after the recent PSG defeat.
According to Medianews.az, the footballer is expected to transfer to Real Madrid in the summer.
The 25-year-old Enzo Fernandes played 46 matches last season at "Chelsea," scoring 8 goals and providing 14 assists. Especially his partnership with Moises Caicedo makes him a central midfielder desired by many of Europe's biggest clubs.
The resignation of Italian coach Maresca was a heavy blow for Fernandes. The heavy defeat against PSG showed that it will take a few more years for the club to be a favorite in Europe. This increases the likelihood of Fernandes leaving Stamford Bridge in the summer.
The "Real Madrid" club has been interested in Enzo Fernandes for a long time. The club sees the footballer as the successor to Toni Kroos and believes he will create a good partnership in midfield with Tchouameni. Although Enzo sometimes plays as number ten, he shines most in playmaking roles. Therefore, it is thought that he can build an excellent partnership with Tchouameni. The other midfield position could be shared between Fede Valverde and Arda Güler.
