According to him, sleeping until noon disrupts the body's natural rhythm. The body operates according to a certain daily routine, and the levels of substances that increase activity rise in the morning hours. In the evening, on the contrary, the secretion of substances that prepare for sleep increases. Artificially delaying the waking time disrupts this balance and confuses the body.

The expert states that people who wake up late may feel more tired. There is a heaviness in the head, weakness in the body, and a desire for inactivity. This condition is related to the body not fully waking up after sleep and causes a decrease in productivity throughout the day.

Additionally, waking up late also delays the time of going to sleep in the evening. As a result, since the body has not accumulated sufficient fatigue, nighttime sleep quality is poor. This continuously leads to sleep schedule disruption and creates a kind of closed cycle.

According to the expert, the most proper way to rest is to maintain a consistent sleep schedule. Going to bed a little earlier in the evening and waking up at the same time in the morning is more beneficial for the body. This approach not only increases energy levels but also helps maintain overall health.
