Cannavaro emphasized that this match will be remembered as Uzbekistan's first game in the history of the World Cup. He mentioned that the match was a useful experience for the team and that they will work on the mistakes made.
The head coach said that they performed better in the second half, but conceded another goal. According to him, the main goal is to properly represent Uzbekistan on the world stage.
It should be noted that in Group K, where Uzbekistan is placed, Portugal and the Democratic Republic of Congo teams also compete.
