The head of Baku Metro, Vusal Aslanov, visited the passengers injured in the technical incident that occurred in the metro yesterday at their homes and inquired about their health.
Medianews.az reports that this information was released by the "Baku Metro" JSC.
It was also stated that due to the congestion caused during the technical incident, medical assistance was provided on-site to 9 people with complaints related to arterial pressure and stress, and 2 people were hospitalized with minor injuries.
"Technical and organizational investigations into the incident continue. Train operations are temporarily adjusted according to the Saturday schedule. Appropriate work is currently underway to increase the number of trains in operation," the statement said.
Recall that yesterday, a malfunction occurred in providing high voltage to the contact rail at the "Ulduz-Narimanov" section, and the passengers were evacuated.
