Medianews.az reports that the information was posted on Mojtaba Khamenei's official Telegram channel.
The information states that the address consists of seven main sections and was prepared as a strategic message.
The message will include points about the martyred leader of the Islamic revolution, the role and duties of the people, the armed forces, state institutions, and the resistance front.
It is also emphasized that the address will touch upon relations with regional countries and the issue of confrontation with Iran's enemies.
