During inspections carried out at several public catering establishments operating in Baku, serious sanitary and hygienic violations were detected. As a result, the activities of these establishments were temporarily suspended by the relevant authorities.
According to Medianews.az, experts state that all establishments operating in the public catering sector must strictly comply with sanitary rules and continuously monitor food safety standards. According to them, violations of hygiene norms not only create legal liability but also directly pose a danger to people's health.
Experts note that to prevent such cases, it is important to conduct regular inspections, strengthen awareness-raising activities, and increase the responsibility of entrepreneurs. At the same time, citizens are advised to pay attention to the cleanliness of the places where they consume food and report suspicious situations to the relevant authorities.
