Iranian officials conducting talks in Switzerland refused to take a joint photo with the US delegation.
Medianews.az reports that the "Tasnim" agency released this information citing a source.
It was stated that the US delegation and the organizers of the talks had planned a handshake scene and a joint photo with the Iranian officials at the beginning of the meeting. However, the Iranian delegation did not agree to this.
"A source close to the negotiating team added that due to the Iranian delegation's refusal to participate in this ceremony, the live broadcast and photo session were conducted without the Iranian delegation; afterwards, the Iranian delegation entered the meeting hall," the report added.
