From 2001 to 2006, the head of "Space" was journalist and pedagogue Etibar Babayev.
From 2006 until February 2021, the television company was led by film director Vagif Mustafayev.
From February to May 2021, the position of channel director was held by screenwriter, music editor, and media manager Kamil Shahverdiyev.
From May 2021 until February 2023, the head of "Space" was screenwriter and film producer Mushfiq Hatemov.
From February 2023 until April 2026, actor and TV presenter Vado Korovin served as director of the channel.
