Pakistan's Prime Minister met with the US Vice President James David Wensin's delegation in Islamabad for negotiations in Iran.
Medianews.az reports that the Prime Minister's Administration has announced this.
Shahbaz Sharif stated that he hopes the negotiations to be held today will conclude successfully and that the decision to hold the meeting was the right one.
He also noted that the US and Iranian delegations are committed to constructive mutual contacts.
In addition to Vensin, US President's special envoys Steven Whitkoff and Jared Kushner also attended the meeting.
It should be recalled that the Pakistani leader previously met with the delegation led by Mohammad Baqir Qalibaf, the Speaker of the Iranian Parliament.//Telegraph
