Medianews.az reports that this was stated by the Prime Minister of Armenia, Nikol Pashinyan.
He said that law enforcement agencies must hold former president Robert Kocharyan accountable:
"The decisions of the European Court of Human Rights indicate that the events of March 1, 2008, occurred at the state level, and the issue of responsibility remains open.
