In April, a 5.3 percent increase was recorded in the consumer market of Armenia compared to the same month of 2025.
According to Medianews.az, the report published by the Statistics Committee shows a 9.5 percent price increase in food and non-alcoholic beverages, 7.7 percent in alcoholic beverages and tobacco products, 1.7 percent in clothing and footwear, and 0.5 percent in communal services.
It is reported that education services have increased by 8.3 percent, healthcare services by 4.2 percent, and transportation by 2 percent.
