The Karabakh Regional Scientific Research and Innovation Institute and the Institute of Applied Sciences have been established under the Ministry of Science and Education.
Medianews.az reports that the Prime Minister Ali Asadov signed a decree regarding this.
By the decree, the following scientific institutions with the status of a public legal entity, possessing modern infrastructure and a scientific research and experimental production base corresponding to international standards, have been established:
- Karabakh Regional Scientific Research and Innovation Institute;
- Institute of Applied Sciences.
The Cabinet of Ministers has been entrusted with the reorganization and liquidation of public legal entities, and the Ministry of Science and Education with resolving other issues related to the authority of the founder of the public legal entity, as well as approving the charters within two months.
