Famous Turkish fashion designer Cemil İpekçi was criticized for his previously expressed will regarding his death.
Medianews.az reports that Cemil İpekçi has made another statement following the criticisms.
He once again emphasized that he does not want religious rites at his funeral and stated that his decision is based on his personal belief.
İpekçi said that he lived his life accountable only to God, using the expression, "I will give an account of both my sins and my good deeds to my Lord."
He also described some people's reactions as "hypocrisy" and stated that he wants his funeral to be organized according to his own wishes.
