Iran's President Masoud Pezeshkian criticized the government's Economic Coordination Council during a meeting, stating that the national media should not discredit the government's activities with one-sided and undocumented analyses.
Medianews.az reports this citing the "Azad Iran" Telegram channel.
In his speech, Pezeshkian acknowledged that the maritime blockade has affected Iran's economy. He noted that despite factors such as war, sanctions, trade restrictions, and the maritime blockade, it is not correct to attribute the occurring price fluctuations solely to the government's actions.
According to the President, some analyses create the impression that all the problems in the country stem only from the government's activities, whereas there are also various external factors affecting the current situation. (Olke.az)
