On April 30, mostly rainless weather conditions will be observed throughout the day, although there is a chance of short-term, light rain in some areas of the peninsula during daytime hours.
This was stated to Medianews.az by Gulshad Mammadova, Director of the Hydrometeorological Forecast Bureau of the National Hydrometeorology Service.
According to her, on April 29, intermittent rain is expected in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula, with precipitation gradually ceasing toward the evening.
"On April 30, a moderate northwesterly wind will blow in Baku and the Absheron Peninsula. The maximum air temperature is expected to be between 15 and 18 degrees. In the regions, mostly rainless weather is forecasted for the next two days. However, during daytime hours, short-term rain, lightning, and hail are possible in some mountainous and foothill districts. A moderate westerly wind will blow. The maximum air temperature will be between 17 and 22 degrees in the lowland areas, and between 8 and 13 degrees in the mountainous areas," she noted.
