According to the information, a preventive conversation was held with the driver Günel Hüseynova, and the requirements of the current legislation were explained.
A protocol was drawn up against that person under Articles 342.1.4 (for releasing the steering wheel while moving, driving a vehicle with the engine turned off sluggishly) and 329.1 (for driving a vehicle without fastening the seatbelt) of the Administrative Offenses Code.
