According to Medianews.az, the expert stated that when people pick up their phone to turn off the alarm clock, they inevitably pay attention to notifications. This, without realizing the time, leads to a slow start of the day by checking social networks or messages.
According to the doctor, this habit results in a stressful and rushed morning.
La Rosa recommends using a separate alarm clock to start the day more comfortably and efficiently, and keeping the phone outside the bedroom. In his opinion, in this case, people can spend their morning time more usefully – having a calm breakfast, shower, or interacting with family.
