The company "The Trump Organization," belonging to the family of the U.S. president, plans to build the magnificent "Trump Tower" building in Tbilisi.
The publication "The Wall Street Journal" (WSJ) reports that this 70-story building will be the tallest structure in the Georgian capital.
The multifunctional complex will include luxury apartments, commercial areas, and hotel infrastructure.
The design of the project is carried out by the international "Gensler" office, while "Archi Group" and "Biograpi Living" developer companies act as partners on behalf of Georgia.
Additionally, the New York-based "Sapir Organization," a longtime partner of the Trump family, has also joined the consortium.
Eric Trump stated that this project will allow the company to apply its "worldwide recognized quality standards" in Georgia.
It should be noted that this is the brand's second attempt to strengthen its position in the Georgian market. Although a similar tower's construction was planned in Batumi as early as 2012, the project was frozen before Donald Trump's first presidential term to avoid conflicts of interest.
