An Azerbaijani was appointed to a position in Turkey.
Medianews.az reports that the head of the Turkish Wrestling Federation, Taha Akgül, has signed the relevant document regarding this matter.
It was stated that Azerbaijani Ajdar Jafarov was appointed as the International Representation and Foreign Relations Director of the Turkish Wrestling Federation (TGF).
"Recognized for his experience in international sports administration, inter-federation cooperation, and organizational processes, Jafarov will make significant contributions to strengthening the international relations network of Turkish wrestling, developing strategic cooperation, and bringing international organizations to our country. We wish him success in his new position and hope that he will contribute to Turkish wrestling."
It should be noted that Ajdar Jafarov was appointed as the Secretary General of the Azerbaijan Badminton Federation in February of this year.
