A new director has been appointed to the Khanqandi branch of the Heydar Aliyev Contemporary Education Complex.
Medianews.az, referring to "Unikal," reports that Atabey Guliyev has been appointed to this position.
Previously, he worked at the Complex as the "Deputy School Director for Education Development."
