Medianews.az reports that the specialist recommends drinking milk with a pinch of turmeric added 30-60 minutes before going to bed. According to him, this drink relaxes the body and has a calming effect.

The doctor also stated that milk with honey or nutmeg, as well as almond milk rich in magnesium, could be beneficial. As an alternative to dairy products, he advised tea made from mint, dandelion, or chamomile.
