The Turkish football figure Arda Turan-led "Shakhtar Donetsk" has become the Ukrainian champion ahead of schedule.
Medianews.az reports, citing Milli.Az, that the team secured the championship with 3 rounds left in the season by confidently defeating "Poltava" 4-0 in the next round of the Ukrainian Premier League.
With this achievement, "Shakhtar" became the country champion for the 16th time in the club's history.
