England's "Arsenal" club has broken its record for the most wins in a single season.
Medianews.az reported, citing "Report," that in the 36th round of the Premier League, the London representative secured a 1-0 victory over "West Ham," officially marking their 42nd win across all tournaments in the 2025/2026 season.
With this, the "Gunners" have broken the club's historical record. The team's previous record was 41 wins recorded in the 1970/1971 season.
Currently, "Arsenal" leads the Premier League table with 79 points after 36 games. "Manchester City" is in second place with 74 points and has one game in hand.
The squad led by Mikel Arteta has also qualified for the UEFA Champions League final. The Londoners will face PSG (France) on May 30 at the "Ferenc Puskás" Stadium in Budapest.
