On June 12, the barrel of Azerbaijani oil branded "AzeriLight" is sold for 96.85 dollars.
Medianews.az reports that this price is 31.85 dollars higher than what was envisaged in the budget.
In the state budget for 2026, one barrel of oil was taken at 65 dollars. "AzeriLight" started January at 65.71, February at 69.72, March at 79.60, April at 132.35, May at 122.26, and June at 104.58 dollars.
Oil prices have increased since February 28 amid rising tensions between the United States and Israel with Iran.
