Tiktoker Nahid Nasirov has appeared before the court again.
Medianews.az reports that his lawyer Vasif Mirzayev informed "unikal.az" about this.
According to the lawyer, he filed a motion with the court at Narimanov District Court to replace his client's detention with house arrest.
After the court went into deliberation and returned, the decision was announced. According to the decision, the motion was granted and the tiktoker was released under house arrest. However, the preliminary investigation against him continues.
Recall that the tiktoker's detention period was extended until May 12.
It should be noted that initially, at Narimanov Court, a detention order was issued for the tiktoker Nahid Nasirov for a period of 4 months. Later, at the Appellate Court, this decision was upheld in the process.
He is accused under Articles 182.3.2 (committed with the purpose of obtaining a large amount of property by threat or intimidation) and 178.1 (fraud, i.e., obtaining someone else's property or property rights by abuse of trust or deception) of the Criminal Code.
