An amendment has been made to the "Regulation on the normative price of state land plots where privatized state enterprises and facilities, as well as enterprises and facilities constructed by legal and physical persons, are located," approved by the Cabinet of Ministers' decision dated April 27, 1998.
In this regard, Prime Minister Ali Asadov has signed a new order.
According to the decision, the annual lease payment amount for state land plots where privatized state enterprises and facilities, enterprises and facilities constructed by legal and physical persons are located, as well as state land plots used by state enterprises, administrations, and organizations or planned for the construction of state facilities, will be determined by multiplying 3% of the market value of the land in the city of Baku and 2% in other cities and districts of the country by coefficients listed below:
