In Tovuz, a woman insulted her co-workers in a "Whatsapp" group.
A dispute arose between 31-year-old Gülnar Hacıyeva (name and surname are pseudonyms) and other colleagues working in a beauty salon. During the dispute, Gülnar insulted the owner of the salon in a "Whatsapp" group that included herself, the owner, and two other women.
For this act, Gülnar was detained by police officers and a protocol was drawn up against her under Article 510.2 of the Administrative Offenses Code (for actions insulting public morality and openly disrespecting society when mass-displayed on the internet or telecommunication network, i.e., uttering immoral expressions or gestures creating such an impression, or displaying parts of the human body in a manner contrary to moral norms and national moral values).
According to Gülnar Hacıyeva, the salon owner spoke rudely to her at work, saying their customers were bothering them. On the evening of the incident, the affected owner called her and scolded her, and when Gülnar tried to speak, the owner hung up. Because of this, Hacıyeva insulted the salon owner and two other female employees in the "Whatsapp" group. She stated that she did this because these women united to try to fire her from work.
The affected owner of the beauty salon, in her statement, said that there was a dispute among the employees, so in the evening she spoke to Gülnar, conveyed her objections, and asked her to stop these actions. Gülnar insulted her and the other two women in the "Whatsapp" group. The affected party declared herself a complainant and requested that a severe administrative disciplinary measure be applied against Gülnar.
By the court’s decision, G. Hacıyeva was fined 500 manats administratively./lent.az
