The National Statistics Service of Georgia has released an inflation report.
Medianews.az reports that according to the official statement, in March, consumer prices increased by 4.3 percent compared to the same month of 2025. Price increases in food and non-alcoholic beverages are reported at 7.5 percent, alcoholic beverages and tobacco products at 6.2 percent, and communal services at 0.6 percent.
It is noted that communication services decreased by 4.3 percent, furniture and household items by 3.2 percent, recreation and cultural services by 1.5 percent, and clothing and footwear by 0.8 percent.
