Iran has targeted US positions – SEPAH

The US military's "Himars" system on Kuwait's Bubiyan Island and the "Patriot" system north of Bahrain have been fired upon.

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran released a statement about this.

It was stated that as of this morning, in the 95th phase of the "Right Promise 4" operation, at the same time, locations where the US military gathered in the UAE and the US-based Oracle artificial intelligence technology company in the UAE were fired upon.

According to the IRGC, the "MCS ISHIKA" ship, flying the flag of a third country and owned by Israel, was fired upon at Bahrain's Khalifa Bin Salman port. Also, several locations in Israel were fired upon with multiple rockets.

The IRGC stated that the attacks are continuing.

It should be noted that on February 28, the US and Israel began military operations against Iran. The strikes hit the country's largest cities, including Tehran. The White House justified the attack by citing rocket and nuclear threats originating from the Islamic Republic. As a result of the strikes on Iran, the country's supreme leader Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and some other key figures in the leadership were killed. The Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps declared that it is conducting a large-scale retaliatory operation against Israel. At the same time, Iran targets US facilities in Bahrain, Jordan, Iraq, Qatar, Kuwait, the UAE, Oman, Saudi Arabia, and Syria with ballistic missiles, cruise missiles, and drones.

As a result of the conflict, the region's energy infrastructure and maritime transportation have also come under serious risk. Due to security tensions around the Strait of Hormuz, global oil prices have sharply increased. Iran fully controls the Strait of Hormuz and only allows passage of ships it deems necessary through the strait. //Trend
