Lionel Messi, the Argentine forward of "Inter Miami," found the net against "Portland" in the Major League Soccer (MLS) regular season home match, extending his scoring streak in the tournament to four games.
Medianews.az reports with reference to "Report" that the match ended with a score of 2-0.
The goals were scored by Messi (31st minute) and German Berterame (42nd minute). The eight-time Ballon d'Or winner also provided an assist.
Messi is second on the all-time season top scorers list with 12 goals. He has also made five assists in 13 matches.
"Inter Miami" is in second place in the MLS Eastern Conference standings with 28 points after 14 games.
