The chairman of the State Committee for Urban Planning and Architecture, Anar Guliyev, made a statement on the results of the first day of WUF13 held in Baku.
Medianews.az reports that the chairman stated that Azerbaijan is ready to support Mexico in the preparation process for the 14th session of the World Urban Forum (WUF14).
Later, Raf Tuets, director of the Global Solutions Division of UN-Habitat, delivered a concluding statement on behalf of the organization's executive director Anaklaudia Rossbach regarding the outcomes of the first day of WUF13.
He stated that today's discussions clearly demonstrated that the next decade should be focused on implementation.
