According to the indictment, 65-year-old Hacımurad Aliyev (name and surname are pseudonyms) reprimanded his granddaughter who scored 130 points in the 9th-grade final exams. At that moment, his daughter-in-law responded rudely, and a quarrel broke out between the father-in-law and the daughter-in-law. During the argument, Hacımurad Aliyev took a glass and threw it at his daughter-in-law. The glass hit the woman's face, causing her injury.
A criminal case was opened against Hacımurad Aliyev related to the fact.
In his statement, the accused expressed regret for his act and said he reconciled with the injured party. The injured party also stated that she had no complaint or claim against her father-in-law.
By the court's decision, the criminal prosecution was terminated, and Hacımurad Aliyev was exempted from liability.//lentaz
