The person who kept the "London Taxi" he kidnapped in Baku in the yard of Binagadi District Executive Power has been arrested.
Medianews.az reports that F.H., born in 1986 in Shevchenko city of the Republic of Kazakhstan and a citizen of the Republic of Azerbaijan, has been tried in court on a criminal case opened under Articles 177.2.4 and 185.2.2 of the Criminal Code.
It was revealed that the accused, under the influence of narcotic substances, while moving on Abilov street in Khatai district of Baku city, saw that the door and trunk of the "Niva" brand car with the license plate "BL" were open and no one was on the street, sat in the car and turned it on. After driving 500 meters forward, he took 5280 manats from the pocket of the jacket on the car seat.
A few days after the incident, in the evening hours, F.H., under the influence of narcotic substances, started a dark purple "London Taxi" brand car with the license plate "NV" which was parked on the roadside in Khatai district and drove it to the vicinity of Binagadi District Executive Power located at Azadliq avenue 179 in Binagadi district. Since the accused's residence was located in the aforementioned area, he took the car there.
By the court's verdict, he was sentenced to 2 years 8 months and 28 days of imprisonment. The accused will serve his sentence in a general regime penal institution. Qaynarinfo.az
