A traffic accident occurred on Bashir Bunyatov Street in the Nizami district, and citizens were trapped inside the car.
Medianews.az reports that the Emergency Situations Ministry (MES) has issued a statement regarding this.
It was reported that rescuers from the MES Special Risk Rescue Service were deployed to the area.
While assessing the operational conditions at the scene, it was determined that a traffic accident involving passenger cars of the brands "Mercedes" and "Range Rover" had occurred, and citizens were trapped inside the deformed "Mercedes" passenger car.
With the help of special rescue equipment, rescuers saved the driver Shykhbala Ahmadov and passenger Elsevar Jabbarov who were trapped inside the car and handed them over to the emergency medical team.
Investigations are being conducted by the relevant authorities in connection with the incident.
