On April 23, President Ilham Aliyev appointed the rector of Lankaran State University.
According to Medianews.az, by the decree of the head of state, Doctor of Sciences in Mathematics, Professor Natig Sahrab oglu Ibrahimov was appointed as the rector of the university.
