Russian President Vladimir Putin received Iranian Foreign Minister Abbas Araghchi.
Medianews.az reports, citing APA, that at the meeting held in Saint Petersburg, Putin stated that he received a message from Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei last week.
Also participating in the meeting are Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov, Chief of the Main Intelligence Directorate (GRU) of the Russian Armed Forces Igor Kostyukov, and the President's aide Yuri Ushakov.
The Iranian delegation includes Iran's Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi and Iran's Ambassador to Moscow Kazem Jalali.
