A special company consisting of ground robotic complexes has been activated in the Russian army brigade named after Alexander Nevsky.
"Qafqazinfo," referring to "RIA Novosti," reports that the new company will be used in supply and combat missions.
The company consists of three types of ground robotic complexes called "Chelnok," "Omich-2," and "Kuryer." These complexes, which have both wheel and caterpillar systems, have the ability to carry weapons. The "Kuryer" models are equipped with heavy-caliber machine guns and automatic grenade launchers.
It is reported that the complexes, used on more than 30 routes, have already completed over 350 missions and carried more than 120 tons of cargo in the past six months. According to information, their use allows reducing cargo transport time by approximately 80%.
