According to Milli.Az, the international internet monitoring service "NetBlocks" announced that global interruptions have been observed in the platform's operation.
It has been reported that there are problems accessing "X," formerly known as "Twitter," from many countries around the world. It was noted that the malfunctions are not related to local internet outages or any kind of blocking and have a global character.
