Khamenei has given the order to strengthen combat readiness.

Iran's Supreme Leader Mojtaba Khamenei has issued instructions to strengthen the combat readiness of the Islamic Republic.

This information was reported by the "Mehr" News Agency, citing Ali Abdullahi, commander of the Central Headquarters of Iran's "Khatam al-Anbiya" Military Command.

"The Leader has given new instructions to combat the enemy's miscalculation," Abdullahi said.

According to him, a comprehensive report on the preparations of the armed forces was presented during the meeting with M. Khamenei.

During the meeting, Khamenei praised the country's armed forces and gave new orders to continue operations and firmly fight against the enemies after the 40-day war with the United States and Israel against the country.

Recall that on February 28, the United States and Israel launched military operations against Iran and carried out air strikes on several cities. On the same day, Iran's Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei was killed as a result of the air strikes. In response, Iran launched missile strikes on Israeli territory and attacked US military bases in the Persian Gulf countries.

Iran, the United States, and their allies reached a ceasefire agreement on the night of April 8. Trump later extended the ceasefire for an indefinite period.

The parties held talks in Pakistan to resolve the conflict, but the first round held on April 11-12 yielded no results.

The United States has imposed a blockade on Iranian ports and the Strait of Hormuz to pressure Tehran. Iran, in turn, declared a blockade of the Strait of Hormuz for ships going to the Persian Gulf. The dynamically changing situation in the region has caused a global energy crisis./"Report"
