The electrical substation in Zaqatala has malfunctioned.
Medianews.az reports, citing APA, that an accident occurred at the electrical substation located on the right bank of the Tala River during the night hours.
Due to the accident, the supply of electricity to the Upper Tala and Lower Tala villages in the district has been halted, leaving more than 15,000 subscribers without power.
Currently, employees of the Zaqatala Distribution Electric Network are working on providing electricity to the villages through an alternative route.
