He said that the number of serious, especially serious and group crimes, crimes against persons, attempted murders, crimes against property, including thefts, frauds, robberies, banditry, vehicle hijackings, crimes committed using information technologies, committed by previously convicted individuals, minors, and those committed on the basis of family conflict has decreased.
