It was reported that the application process is carried out electronically via portal.edu.az.
The application process will end on June 9 at 18:00.
It was stated that thanks to the mentioned service, individuals wishing to be admitted to the doctoral level in higher education institutions connected to the "Education Centralized Information System," including scientific institutions and organizations, can apply electronically via the "Personal Cabinet" on portal.edu.az and track the current status and next steps of their application. Those who receive a positive opinion from the institutions regarding their applications will gain the right to participate in the foreign language exam.
