In Germany, 17-year-old Lui Andree produces up to 1.5 tons of honey annually with 20 bee colonies.
Medianews.az reports that the young beekeeper collected 1.2 tons of honey last year and succeeded in bringing his product to supermarket chains.
Andree has also prepared a mobile "honey processing plant" equipped with special equipment to take the production process to a more professional level. He uses protective clothing, a smoker device, and other beekeeping tools.
The young beekeeper, who started beekeeping during the pandemic period, also notes that the work is difficult. According to him, he once faced several bee stings at the same time.
He stated that he works more carefully during the summer months, the bees' reproductive period, and especially emphasized the importance of finding the queen bee.
He plans to expand his activities in the beekeeping field and implement new production projects in the future.
