The young actor İbrahim Yıldız, who was severely injured after being trapped under a fallen tree due to strong winds in Istanbul and has been treated in intensive care for months, has passed away.
Medianews.az reports, citing qafqazinfo, that the 27-year-old actor lost his life despite six months of treatment at Marmara University Pendik Training and Research Hospital.
The incident occurred some time ago in the Kartal district of Istanbul. The actor was seriously injured after being trapped under a tree that fell due to strong winds and was hospitalized. Despite doctors' efforts, it was not possible to save his life.
His colleague Caner Topçu announced the news of Yıldız’s death on social media.
It should be noted that some time ago, the actor's sister Ela Altınay had informed the public that her brother needed blood and appealed to the community. Blood was provided in a short period of time. Later, it was announced that he would undergo surgery again.
Born on May 26, 1998, İbrahim Yıldız was chosen for his interest in the arts. The actor, who studied fine arts and interior architecture, appeared in front of the camera for the first time in 2015. He attracted the attention of a wide audience with his role as "Lagari Hasan Çelebi" in the TV series "Muhteşem Yüzyıl Kösem".
