The most complaints are in the USA - more than 320,000. 18 percent of users reported issues with the website, 16 percent with video streaming problems, and 56 percent with application issues.
According to "Downdetector," significant service interruptions have also occurred in the United Kingdom, Germany, Italy, and France.
In the United Kingdom, more than 37,000 users complained about the video hosting site, while in Germany approximately 7,000 and in Italy more than 5,000 users have filed complaints.
