According to the report of the State Customs Committee, $2.5 billion worth of crude oil and crude oil products were exported from Azerbaijan in the first quarter of 2026.
Medianews.az reports that the main destinations are as follows: Italy, Czech Republic, Romania, Germany, Portugal, Tunisia, Bulgaria, Croatia, Turkey, France.
The international coalition of exporters has set the daily production quota of crude oil for Azerbaijan at 551 thousand barrels.
In the first quarter, oil production including condensate was recorded at 6.6 million tons.
In Azerbaijan's 2026 budget, the price of one barrel of oil is taken as $65, with Azerbaijan’s "Azeri Light" branded oil starting January at $65.71, February at $69.72, March at $79.60, and April at $132.35.
