Medianews.az reports, citing Lent.az, that the incident was recorded at a hospital located in the Yasamal district.
One-month-old Miran Təhməzov, a resident of Sabirabad district, died at that hospital due to oxygen shortage.
An investigation is underway regarding the incident.
